Masar (“we”, “us”) is a career-search service operated by STK, accessible at masarcareers.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.
Only what you give us to run your job search:
We never ask for your National ID. Date of birth is optional and off by default — we only store it if you choose to add it to your saved application answers, because some employer forms require it and auto-apply would otherwise stop and hand that form back to you. You can delete it at any time from your profile, and deleting your account removes it with everything else.
To match you to relevant jobs, score your fit, prepare applications you choose to make, and keep your application record. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your CV or profile with employers unless you decide to apply.
Your data is stored on our hosting provider's servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS). Access is restricted to the account owner and system administration.
You can, at any time: view and edit your profile, download your data, and delete your account and all associated data. To exercise these, use your profile settings or contact us at the address below.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, documents, and personal records are removed.
